A weather forecast by the Regional Meteorological Centre, Balochistan, indicates that the province will experience hot weather during the weekend, with temperatures expected to soar in most areas. However, some districts are likely to receive heavy rainfall, including Barkhan, Sibi, Kohlu, Musa Khel, Loralai, Dera Bugti, Usta Muhammad, Jafarabad, Sohbatpur, Jhal Magsi, Nasirabad, Kalat, Khuzdar, Awaran, Hub, and Lasbela.
In the past 24 hours, Khuzdar received 10.9 mm of rainfall, while Barkhan experienced light showers. The highest temperature was recorded in Nokkundi, reaching 44.5 degrees Celsius. The forecast highlights the region’s unpredictable weather patterns, with some areas expected to experience extreme heat while others receive significant rainfall. Residents are advised to stay informed and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
