Provincial Minister for Education, Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani, has taken a significant step towards empowering women in Balochistan by inaugurating a dedicated entrepreneurial space for women at the Mountain View IT Park in Quetta. During her visit, she praised the park’s efforts in providing training and opportunities to women in the field of information technology.
The Minister emphasized the importance of providing women with IT training and online business skills to make them economically self-sufficient. She expressed her desire to see women excel in all fields, particularly in education, skills, and technology. The Education Department, she assured, would provide all possible support to equip women with modern technology.
Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani highlighted the immense potential of women in Balochistan, stating that they just need opportunities to excel. The Chief Executive Officer of Mountain View IT Park, Rahil Javed, briefed the Minister on the park’s initiatives, which include training young people, especially women, in modern technology to provide them with employment and business opportunities ¹.
