In continuation of our previous visit, the field inspection team comprising Dr. Lubna Khalil (Director Licensing & Accreditation), Dr. Faria Shah (Assistant Director -CG&SD), Dr. BismillahKhan Kakar (Inspector), Muhammad Haris (Assistant Director – M&E) conducted a follow-up physical verification of Akram Hospital. All areas listed under the Key Patient Safety Areas (KPSA) were thoroughly inspected. Identified deficiencies were formally reported to the hospital management for timely correction.
This inspection is conducted under Chapter V (Inspection) of the BHCC Licensing & Anti-Quackery Regulations, 2024, in accordance with the Balochistan Healthcare Commission Act, 2019. The KPSA scoring process is now underway to determine the hospital’s eligibility for a Provisional License.
