(SPECIAL REPORT): Sukkur’s Independence Day preparations are in full swing, with a musical concert scheduled for Sunday. Sukkur’s Deputy Commissioner (DC) Nader Shahzad Khan thoroughly inspected the Municipal Stadium on Thursday, the venue designated for a music concert on August 10th, marking Independence Day and the Battle of Independence. The DC’s primary objective was to review parking arrangements, inspecting various potential parking zones within the stadium complex. He was accompanied by the Assistant Commissioner (AC) City and New Sukkur, along with representatives from the district administration, municipal corporation, police force, and other relevant departments.
DC Khan directed all officials present to ensure the success of the August 10th program, emphasizing the importance of smooth arrival, parking, and departure procedures for attendees.
Besides the stadium, the Deputy Commissioner also inspected other locations, including Eidgah, Gymkhana, and Railway Ground, assessing their suitability for additional parking during the concert. At Gymkhana, he closely reviewed guest accommodation, examining available facilities and instructing the staff to provide top-notch hospitality, warning against any shortcomings in service
