The Pesha Electricity Supply Company (TESCO) has advised the public to take extra precautions while using electricity during the rainy season. According to Syed Tahir Jamal, Chief Executive Officer of TESCO, the monsoon rains, the risk of accidents and electric shocks increases, making it crucial for consumers to be cautious.- Stay away from fallen or damaged power lines.
– Avoid using electrical appliances that have been wet or damaged.
– Unplug Electronics: Unplug all electronic appliances during thunderstorms.
– Stay Safe in Waterlogged Areas: Be careful when walking in waterlogged areas.
In case of any emergency or complaint, consumers can contact the relevant SDO’s office orTESCO’s helpline number 092-9330600.
The Chief Executive Officer emphasized that public safety is the top priority and urged everyone to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety .
