The Gilgit-Baltistan Provincial Emergency Operation Centre (GB PEOC) has released a detailed report on the current situation and rescue efforts in various districts of Gilgit-Baltistan affected by recent rains and natural disasters. According to the report, the situation in different districts is as follows:
The district of Ghizer has been severely affected, with flash floods and debris flows impacting the Shado Nala and Tali Das areas, posing a threat of flooding in downstream areas. However, the level of the lake in Rush Lake has decreased by 8 feet compared to the previous day.
