Government Committed to Improving Schools: DEO Sanghar

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) District Education Officer Secondary Sanghar, Ghulam Mustafa Laghari, visited Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Girls High School in Tando Adam where he reviewed academic activities, cleanliness, and overall administrative affairs.

 

On the occasion, Taluka Education Officer Ali Muhammad Bhano and Headmistress Raheela Anwar Memon briefed him that several classrooms had deteriorated following recent rains. The DEO expressed satisfaction over the arrangements and praised the efforts of the Headmistress for installing a solar system on a self-help basis to resolve electricity issues and ensuring the provision of cold drinking water for the students. He said such positive initiatives should serve as an example for other schools as well.

 

Ghulam Mustafa Laghari assured that the damaged classrooms would be repaired at the earliest and emphasized that the Education Department would address the school’s basic needs on a priority basis. He stated that the government is taking all possible measures for the improvement of educational institutions, as their progress is directly linked with the future of students.

 

During the visit, Education Works Engineer Muhammad Ramzan Saand and other officials were also present and gave a detailed briefing to the DEO regarding the repair works.
