District Thatta Police Ensures Foolproof Security Arrangements for Anti-Polio Campaign

The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Thatta, Farooq Ahmed Bajarani, has reviewed the security arrangements for the anti-polio campaign, which commenced on September 1, 2025. During this campaign, polio workers will operate under tight security measures.
SSP Thatta has directed all field officers and personnel to maintain strict security according to the security plan issued for their respective areas.
– All Station House Officers (SHOs) and District Police Officers (DPOs) have been instructed to deploy police personnel with polio teams to ensure their safety.
-The police will respond promptly to any issues that arise during the campaign.
-Regular patrolling and picketing will be conducted in the area to prevent any security breaches.
– The police will maintain close coordination with the civil administration to ensure the smooth implementation of the security plan.

SSP Thatta has emphasized the importance of implementing these security measures to ensure the success of the anti-polio campaign, which aims to immunize children against the poliovirus.
