BBSHRRDB and BISP Join Hands for Skill Development
The discussion centered on to providing the technical training to 3000 BISP beneficiaries in order to enhance their socio-economic conditions
KARACHI: A meeting was held in BBSHRRDB head office with Director General (CT), BISP, Dr. Inam ur Rehman, Director General, Sindh, BISP, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Shaikh, and Mr. Naveed Khan, Outreach Consultant, Sindh, to explore collaborative opportunities in skills development and youth training initiatives.
The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resources Research and Development Board (BBSHRRDB) and the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) agreed to work together to promote skill development, vocational training, and employability enhancement for BISP beneficiaries and their families across Sindh.
During the session, Mr. Munwar Ali Mithani, Secretary BBSHRRDB, shared an overview of upcoming training programs and highlighted the board’s achievements, including success stories of trainees excelling in diverse vocational fields.
The discussion centered on to providing the technical training to 3000 BISP beneficiaries in order to enhance their socio-economic conditions, particularly those from marginalized and low-income communities.
Both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen the cooperation aimed at empowering youth through practical skills and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
The meeting was also attended by Chairman Technical Committee, Dr. Islam Hamid, Regional Consultants Eng. Taimur Ali and Muhammad Suleman Dashti.🇵🇰
