Karachi, September 24, 2025: Under the chairmanship of Speaker Owais Qadir Shah, the Strategic Plan Committee 29-2024 held a session in the Sindh Assembly to review strategic initiatives.

The agenda included artificial intelligence in legislative processes, human resource information systems, legislative drafting, parliamentary development, post-legislative scrutiny, and public accounts review. Committee members agreed to forward the plan to a sub-committee for final review, after which it will be approved by the Speaker and committee members.
Speaker Shah emphasized that integrating modern technology into parliamentary procedures will enhance efficiency, strengthen governance, and improve the resolution of public issues.
