Usta Muhammad: Police Crack Down on Criminals, Dangerous Suspects Arrested

Usta Muhammad — Acting on the directives of the DIG Naseerabad Range and the SP Usta Muhammad, police in the district have intensified their crackdown on criminal elements. In recent days, several dangerous suspects involved in serious cases have been arrested during a series of effective operations.

The operations are being supervised by DSP Circle Usta Muhammad, Muhammad Daud Khosa. In a major encounter yesterday, the SHO of City Police Station Usta Muhammad, Abdul Rauf Jamali, along with Haji Khan Lashari and his team, arrested a suspect named Nizam, son of Shafi Muhammad Dahani, in injured condition. The suspect, a resident of Sindh, has 15 serious cases registered against him, including robbery, highway dacoity, and committing crimes disguised in police uniform. Police also recovered a Kalashnikov rifle and a motorcycle from his possession. His two accomplices managed to escape, and raids are underway for their arrest.

In another successful operation, SHO Gandakha, Zaheer Abbas Jamali, led an encounter in which Siddique Pindrani was arrested in injured condition, while his accomplices Shehzor and Imran were also captured. Police seized two pistols and a motorcycle from the group.

The police also reported progress in murder cases. Suspects Shaban and Gul Hassan, who were wanted for homicide, were arrested in separate raids conducted by City and Gandakha police.

Furthermore, City Police under the leadership of their SHO arrested two suspects involved in theft cases — Rahim Bakhsh alias Pappu Khosa and Ehsan, son of Mehboob Lehr. Both have been booked and remain in custody.

Addressing a press conference, DSP Usta Muhammad, Muhammad Daud Khosa, said that the police are determined to make the district peaceful and crime-free. “There is no place for criminals in Usta Muhammad. Anyone who enters the district with criminal intent will be dealt with an iron hand. We are committed to protecting the lives and property of the people, and all resources are being utilized for this mission,” he stated.

He further emphasized that these successes were made possible due to the cooperation and trust of the public. “If the people continue to support us, we will succeed in completely eradicating crime from the district,” the DSP added.
