Governor Balochistan Jafar Khan Mandokhail emphasized the importance of politics as a social responsibility during his two-day visit to Zhob. Addressing various delegations, including political leaders, tribal elders, social figures, and university and college students, he highlighted the key role of political organizations and activists in raising public awareness about rights and responsibilities, promoting social justice, and safeguarding democratic values.
The Governor urged newly elected representatives to focus on unity rather than division, and to actively advocate for the rights of marginalized and vulnerable communities. He underscored the government’s responsibility to facilitate economic and trade activities, complete ongoing development projects, and ensure their benefits reach ordinary citizens.
Speaking at the Zhob Division Sports Festival 2025 closing ceremony, Governor Mandokhail noted that Balochistan’s youth have immense potential, but lack of opportunities and resources remains a major barrier. He assured that providing all necessary facilities will enable young athletes to excel nationally and internationally. He congratulated the organizers on the successful festival and distributed awards among the participants.
