Pakistan Security Forces killed 17 Indian-sponsored terrorists in a major intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Lakki Marwat District on the night of 26/27 September 2025. The terrorists were linked with the Indian proxy outfit Fitna al-Khwarij.
According to ISPR, Security Forces effectively targeted the terrorists’ hideout. As a result, seventeen militants were eliminated, and a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered.
The killed terrorists were actively involved in terrorist attacks against Security Forces, Law Enforcement Agencies, and the killing of innocent civilians in Pakistan.
A sanitization operation is underway to clear the area from any remaining militants. The Pakistan Army and Security Forces reaffirm their resolve to eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorism and ensure lasting peace and security in the country.
