Turbat, September 27: Preparations are in full swing for the upcoming Kech Cultural Festival, scheduled to be held from October 1 to 3 under the supervision of the District Administration.
The festival committee has launched awareness campaigns through pamphlets, banners, and posters while decorating the Kech Cultural Centre. Turbat University, Balochistan Academy, Information Department, civil society, and other organizations are actively participating.
Deputy Commissioner Kech Basheer Ahmed Badini said the festival will serve as a milestone in promoting Baloch history, literature, arts, and traditions to the younger generation. The three-day festival will feature music, Balochi handicrafts, cultural dress exhibitions, literary sittings, folk dances, and recreational activities for children and youth.
