Deputy Commissioner Quetta Chairs Meeting on Development Schemes; Urges Expedited Completion of Science College Chowk Project

Quetta, October 1 — Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Meharullah Badini, chaired a meeting along with Project Director Quetta Development Project (QDP), Rafiq Baloch, regarding ongoing development schemes in the city.

During the meeting, the PD briefed on the progress, challenges, and achievements of various projects including Sariab Road, Sirki Road, Custom, Prince Road, and the Science College Chowk project.

Later, the Deputy Commissioner paid a special visit to the ongoing work at Science College Chowk and instructed the contractor to complete the project on an emergency basis to ease public difficulties.

He emphasized that the Science College Chowk project holds key importance for improving urban facilities and reducing traffic congestion. He directed all concerned departments to immediately remove obstacles to ensure timely completion of the project.

Project Director QDP, Rafiq Baloch, also briefed the Deputy Commissioner about the progress made on the scheme.
