Ihtesham Ali Assumes Charge as KP Advisor for Excise; Portfolio Transition Marked with Ceremony

PESHAWAR (October 6):
A high-level meeting at the Excise Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa marked the formal portfolio transition between Minister for Health Khaliq-ur-Rehman and newly appointed Advisor for Excise Ihtesham Ali.

During the ceremony, both officials exchanged honorary shields as a gesture of respect and institutional continuity. They reaffirmed their commitment to public service, transparency, and departmental progress.

Secretary Excise Khalid Ilyas, DG Excise Abdul Haleem, and senior officers attended the event, where ongoing reforms and performance goals were discussed.
