Following the directions of Central Leader Haji Muhammad Ramzan Achakzai, the WAPDA Hydro Electric Workers Union staged a protest rally in Usta Muhammad against the proposed privatization of WAPDA, in line with demonstrations held across the country.

The rally was led by Sub-Division Chairman Hazar Khan Bohar, General Secretary Koda Khan LS, Vice Chairman Zahid, and Joint Secretary Ramz Ali Durg.

Addressing the participants, the speakers strongly opposed the privatization of WAPDA, declaring that employees would not allow it under any circumstances. They stated that WAPDA is the largest public sector institution in Pakistan, serving the nation through thousands of dedicated workers, and its privatization would adversely affect many families.

They urged the government to abandon the privatization plan and instead focus on improving the organization and ensuring employee welfare.
The speakers added that under the leadership of provincial head Haji Muhammad Ramzan Achakzai, all employees stand united and will respond to his every call.
