Quetta, Oct 9, – The Excise and Taxation Department of Balochistan has begun issuing smart cards for vehicles, marking a significant step toward modernizing vehicle registration and ownership records. Senior ETO-1 Quetta handed over a card to a vehicle owner during the ongoing rollout.
