Gwadar, October 10: Assistant Commissioner Saad Kaleem Zafar visited the Health Care Centre established at Government Girls High School Shambay Ismail, where he reviewed the centre’s operations, facilities, and services.
He was accompanied by District Education Officer (Women) Balqees Suleman, Saqr Nasir (DTMC CPD), and District Programme Manager (DPM) Adil Noodizi. Officials briefed him on the centre’s objectives, activities, and future plans.
The Assistant Commissioner appreciated the initiative established with the support of the European Union and UNICEF, noting that it provides students with practical learning opportunities and health awareness. He met with the staff, inspected facilities, and expressed satisfaction over the team’s performance, urging them to continue working with dedication.
He added that the collaboration between the EU and UNICEF is pivotal to the project’s success, as it promotes health education and practical training for students. Such initiatives, he said, would help bring positive change in Gwadar’s education and health sectors.
