Polio Eradication: Field Monitoring Ensures Effective Implementation

Gawadar, October 15, 2025 – As part of the third day of the National Immunization Days (NID), DSM PPHI Dr. Murshid Dashti, accompanied by WHO DSO Dr. Zafar Iqbal, conducted a field monitoring visit in Union Council Kappar.

The officials evaluated the performance of field teams, checking tele-sheets, children’s finger marking, door marking, and staff attendance. Dr. Dashti appreciated the dedication and efforts of field teams, stressing that their presence and accurate performance are vital for the success of the nationwide polio campaign. He urged all team members to fulfill their responsibilities diligently to ensure Gawadar is declared polio-free.
