Balochistan Engineering Association Congratulates New Secretary of Irrigation, Sohail-ur-Rehman Baloch

Kohat, October 17, 2025: Senior leader of the Balochistan Engineering Association, Superintending Engineer Adil Nasir Ghazali, extended congratulations to the newly appointed Secretary of Irrigation, Sohail-ur-Rehman Baloch, on assuming his office.

Adil Nasir Ghazali praised Baloch’s extensive experience in key administrative roles including Secretary and Divisional Commissioner positions. He highlighted that Sohail-ur-Rehman Baloch is known for implementing modern reforms, strengthening institutions, and fostering sustainable working relationships between officers and engineers. Engineers in the Irrigation Department expressed their commitment to supporting the Secretary in addressing technical allowances, service structures, and other departmental reforms.
