Thatta Police Foil Indian Gutka Supply, Launch Crackdown on Illegal Afghan Residents

Thatta, October 23, 2025: In a major enforcement action, Thatta Police successfully intercepted an attempt to supply 26,250 Indian gutka packets, arresting two suspects and seizing a Mazda truck. The operation was executed by
SHO Jhampeer Inspector Aslam Gago and his team intercepted the truck (registration JY-3451) near Sattar Brohi Stop on Jhampeer-Noriabad Road. The arrested suspects have been identified as Jhanzeb Khan Pathan and Nisar Khan Pathan, and a case has been registered against them under the Gutka Act.
