Islamabad, November 12, 2025 (Independent Report): Islamabad Police conducted a grand search and combing operation in various areas under the jurisdiction of Golra Police Station under the supervision of SP Saddar Zone.
According to the police spokesperson, ladies’ police personnel also participated in the operation. Before commencement, all officials were briefed about the operation’s objectives and safety protocols.
During the search operation, 235 individuals, 200 households, and 25 shops were checked. Police also inspected 70 motorcycles and 15 vehicles, while 47 suspicious persons were shifted to the police station for further verification.
The operation aimed to curb criminal activities and ensure the safety of citizens. The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad has directed similar grand search operations across the district to eliminate crime.
The spokesperson urged citizens to cooperate with the police during checking and report any suspicious activity immediately, emphasizing that public safety remains the top priority of Islamabad Police.
