GWADAR, Nov 26 — Deputy Commissioner Naqeebullah Kakar chaired an introductory meeting with officers of all line departments to review performance, challenges, staffing gaps, and administrative priorities across the district.
Addressing the session, the DC said government officials are appointed to serve the public with integrity and sincerity, stressing that officers must fulfil duties responsibly. He reviewed departmental operations, resource shortages, employee performance, and instructed that no proxy or junior representative should attend DC meetings in place of officials.
Kakar announced that he will soon conduct detailed field visits to departments to assess governance, development progress, and public-facing services. He said complete information on PSDP projects must remain available with relevant departments. Referring to Chief Secretary directives, he also instructed establishment of official social media pages to keep citizens informed. The DC assured full support and open access for problem resolution.
