Speaker National Assembly Condoles Demise of Former Punjab Chief Minister Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo

Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing of former federal minister and former Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo.

In his condolence message, the Speaker paid rich tribute to the late leader’s political and social services, describing him as a wise, seasoned, and farsighted politician who made lasting contributions to Punjab and national politics. He said that Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo’s role in public service and governance would be remembered for years to come.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq expressed heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family and said that he stands with them in this hour of grief and loss. He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant eternal peace to the departed soul, elevate his ranks in Jannah, and bestow patience and strength upon the family to bear this irreparable loss.

The Speaker noted that the demise of Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo has created a void in the country’s political landscape that will be difficult to fill.
