ISLAMABAD, Jan 2 :Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Friday chaired an inter-ministerial meeting which reviewed ongoing cooperation between Pakistan and Iran across a range of sectors.
The meeting also discussed the ways to further enhance economic and trade ties with Iran.
The deputy prime minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to deepening engagement with Iran in key priority areas.
The meeting was attended by the Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik, SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Foreign Secretary Ambassador Amna Baloch, Secretary Petroleum, and senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant ministries.
