Quetta: The Federal Ombudsman Regional Office Khuzdar successfully resolved 3,597 complaints in 2025, according to Regional Officer Mohammad Kashif Baloch. Covering eight districts in the Quetta Division, the office recorded a 99% case disposal rate and 96% implementation rate.
The office organized multiple open courts across Lasbela, Hub, and Quetta, facilitating direct citizen access to officials from NADRA, electricity, gas, education, and postal services. Citizens received timely relief on excess billing, insurance claims, and identification card issues. The Ombudsman’s office also launched public awareness campaigns via radio, TV, social media, and banners, improving complaint registration and citizens’ trust. Mohammad Kashif Baloch described the office as a shining example of extending justice to remote areas, empowering communities, and ensuring accountability.
