The Governor’s Secretariat of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has formally directed the provincial government to implement the Peshawar High Court ruling regarding the appointment of members to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC).
The secretariat emphasized that, in accordance with the court decision, a panel of recommendations for KPPSC appointments must be submitted to the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Under the Constitution of Pakistan and relevant laws, the Governor is the sole authorized authority to approve the appointments of KPPSC members.
The secretariat urged the provincial government to ensure immediate compliance and streamline the process to avoid delays.
