Naseerabad: On the directives of DIG Naseerabad Captain (R) Asim Khan and Additional SP Mahmood Ahmed Notezai, an important meeting was held under the chairmanship of DSP Legal Naseerabad Abdul Aziz Bhangar. The meeting was attended by all head clerks from police stations across the district.
The session focused on the verification, correction, and timely updating of judicial records, FIRs, and lists of proclaimed and absconding offenders. Prosecutor Inspector Abdul Basit Jattak, PASI Ghulam Ishaq Siyal, Head Constable Zafar Aziz Pichuha, and Reader DSP Ghulam Rasool Pichuha were also present.
DSP Legal emphasized that inaccuracies or negligence in official records would not be tolerated. He instructed officials to ensure complete compliance with legal documentation standards to avoid procedural loopholes that could weaken prosecutions. The meeting underscored the police department’s commitment to improving administrative discipline and strengthening the justice process through accurate and updated record-keeping.
