ISLAMABAD, Jan 22: President of Pakistan’s Spokesperson Murtaza Solangi has congratulated the newly elected office-bearers of the Press Association of the Supreme Court (PASCO) following its annual elections.
In a statement issued by the Presidency’s Media Wing, Solangi expressed confidence that the new leadership would promote journalistic values, constitutional supremacy, and responsible reporting. He said the role of court reporters is vital in strengthening public trust in democratic institutions and ensuring accurate dissemination of legal developments.
Solangi extended best wishes to the elected representatives and hoped that PASCO would continue to uphold professional standards and contribute positively to informed public discourse, particularly on constitutional and judicial matters.
