Federal Minister and President of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engineer Amir Muqam, strongly rejected the recent statement of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, calling it baseless, misleading, and contrary to ground realities.
Engineer Amir Muqam said politicizing terrorism is highly irresponsible and disrespects the sacrifices of martyrs and affected citizens. He criticized the provincial government for failing to act against terrorists and questioned the transparency of funds allocated for tribal areas.
Describing the Chief Minister’s grand jirga and Islamabad march as political theatrics, he added that targeting state institutions and making unsubstantiated allegations weakens national unity.
