Quetta: On the occasion of Baloch Culture Day, Naz Mirowani, leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Women Wing Balochistan, emphasized that Baloch culture represents peace, tolerance, bravery, and traditions, and preserving it is a shared responsibility of all.
She stated that Baloch Culture Day is not only a celebration of cultural identity but also an opportunity to introduce the younger generation to their language, traditional dress, customs, and values. Highlighting the role of women, she said that Baloch women have historically contributed to social development through their skills, labor, and awareness.
Mirowani further stressed that the celebration goes beyond wearing traditional attire and aims to promote mother tongue, folk music, handicrafts, and traditional values. She encouraged youth to positively showcase their culture on social media and other platforms.
She affirmed that the PPP Women Wing Balochistan will continue to empower women and play an active role in preserving cultural heritage.
