Naseerabad: The funeral prayers of Pakistan Army soldier Bilawal Thaheem, son of Shaman Ali Thaheem, were offered with full military honors in his native village Goth Mir Hassan. A large number of military officers, civil officials, and local residents attended the funeral.
Among the attendees were FC Wing-114 Commander Colonel Rizwan Ali Tayyab, Commissioner Naseerabad Division Salahuddin Noorzai, police officials, and community elders. After the funeral prayer, the army presented a salute before Bilawal Thaheem was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard.
According to officials, the soldier passed away due to cardiac arrest while on duty. He was known as a disciplined, hardworking, and morally upright soldier. His sudden demise plunged the entire area into mourning. He is survived by his elderly father, two sons, and three daughters. Attendees paid tribute to his service and prayed for his eternal peace and strength for the bereaved family.
