Dera Murad Jamali: Former Provincial General Secretary of Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan, Allama Abdul Hakeem Inqalabi, has announced a protest rally to be held on January 18 from Mazdoor Chowk, Dera Murad Jamali.
He said the rally aims to raise a strong voice against worsening law and order, robberies, kidnappings for ransom, drug peddling, and moral crimes in the city. The protest will also highlight severe traffic congestion caused by encroachments, poor sewage conditions, illegal occupation of graveyard land, gas and electricity load-shedding, and the need for an additional NADRA center for women.
Other demands include establishing a proper slaughterhouse to ensure public health and ensuring attendance of doctors and officials in Tehsil Chattar. Inqalabi warned that failure to address these demands would lead to an expanded protest movement, for which authorities would bear full responsibility.
