In a major development, a highly dangerous criminal, Bhuro alias Allahdad Jatoi, wanted in 17 serious criminal cases, voluntarily surrendered to Sukkur Police.
The surrendering criminal reportedly sent a message to other lawbreakers, urging them to follow his example, hand themselves over to authorities, and face their cases in court to live an honorable life.
