Balochistan High Court Issues Show-Cause Notice to Grand Health Alliance Officials.

Quetta, Dec. 26: A two-member bench of the Balochistan High Court, comprising Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Mulkhail and Justice Shaukat Ali Rakhshani, has directed the Additional Secretary of Health to provide details of Grand Health Alliance officials who have defied court orders and continued their strike in government hospitals across the province.

The court ordered the Secretary/DG Health to issue show-cause notices to these officials, which will be served through their respective department heads. The court also directed its office to issue bailable warrants worth Rs 50,000 against these officials, which will be executed through the SSP Quetta and relevant SPs in other districts.

The bench warned that failure to comply with the court’s orders and refusal to receive the show-cause notices will be taken seriously.
