Land Registration Awareness Session Held in Khyber District
Aman Shinwari. Landi Kotal. Jan. 24: A landmark awareness session on land registration was organized for the first time in Khyber district’s Landi Kotal tehsil, with the aim of educating participants about the importance of land registration and its benefits.
The event, held at the District Press Club Khyber, was attended by prominent political and social leaders, including Tehsil Chairman Shah Khalid Shinwari, MNA Iqbal Afridi’s focal person, and ADRC member Haji Zarbullah Shinwari.
Chairman Shah Khalid Shinwari emphasized that land registration is crucial for resolving land disputes, which are prevalent in tribal districts. He stressed the need for awareness sessions in different areas to educate citizens about land registration and its benefits
The initiative is part of the government’s efforts to establish a secure and transparent land record
