The Federal Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, Dr. Musadik Malik, has taken serious notice of the recent incident of illegal hunting of a deer in the Margalla Hills National Park. An inquiry is underway, and a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered. While the accused have sought bail, the Ministry remains committed to a transparent and impartial investigation, ensuring that those responsible for violating the law and harming wildlife are held accountable. The Ministry reaffirms its commitment to protecting the environment and wildlife, and will take all necessary measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
