The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department has announced to open all Waqf properties for the assistance of flood victims. In a special video message, Provincial Minister for Auqaf and Religious Affairs, Muhammad Adnan Qadri, said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is currently passing through a period of suffering due to the devastation caused by floods, and the government is utilizing all available resources to support the affected people.

The Minister further stated that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa remained in the flood-affected areas for two consecutive days, maintaining close contact with the victims. He added that in all districts where Auqaf properties exist, these facilities have been dedicated to flood victims to provide them with immediate relief.

Muhammad Adnan Qadri also said that assessments are being carried out for the rehabilitation of damaged mosques, particularly Masjid Wali Khorasan Pir Baba, along with other affected places of worship. He added that reconstruction work will soon commence with the support of philanthropists and donors.

The Minister emphasized that he is also personally contributing to this noble cause. He expressed his firm resolve that the government will not rest until the complete rehabilitation and resettlement of the flood victims is achieved
