Islamabad (Independent Report): The Workers Welfare Fund (WWF) organized a soulful Mehfil-e-Naat in connection with the blessed occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ. The event began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, followed by Hamd in praise of Allah Almighty. Renowned Naat reciters then paid heartfelt tribute to the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, presenting naats filled with love and reverence for the Seal of the Prophets.
On this occasion, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, in his special message, said: “The Seerat-e-Tayyiba of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the Seal of the Prophets, is a guiding light for all humanity. By following His teachings of brotherhood, tolerance, justice, and service to mankind, we can build a peaceful, prosperous, and dignified society.”
Secretary Workers Welfare Fund, Zulfiqar Ahmed, in his message, emphasized: “We must model our individual and collective lives on the Seerat-e-Tayyiba of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. His teachings are not only the key to success in this world but also the guarantee of salvation in the hereafter. The Holy Prophet ﷺ remains the greatest leader and the ultimate role model for all mankind.”
Scholars addressing the gathering highlighted various aspects of the blessed life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, underlining that His Seerat is a complete code of life that provides guidance in every sphere of human existence.
The ceremony concluded with a collective prayer for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan, the unity of the Muslim Ummah, and the welfare of workers and their families.
