Thatta Police Observes “Maintenance Day” Across the District
Officers took part in cleanliness, repair, and renovation efforts across multiple police units.
On the instructions of Inspector General of Sindh Police Ghulam Nabi Memon and DIG Hyderabad Range Tariq Razzaq Dharejo, Thatta SSP Farooq Ahmed Bijarani directed all police stations and the district headquarters to observe “Maintenance Day / Cleanliness Day” in a dedicated and spirited manner.
As part of the campaign, complete cleanliness was carried out at the Police Headquarters Thatta, including the MT Section, Kot, uniform store, and malkhana (evidence rooms), while official vehicles were also serviced and maintained.
Similarly, police stations and posts across the district also undertook cleaning activities, vehicle maintenance, and proper upkeep of record and evidence rooms.
According to the spokesperson, the initiative will continue to ensure better facilities and service delivery.
