Foolproof Security Plan for Karachi By-Elections
Total of 1,552 police officers and personnel will be deployed across East, West, and Keamari districts

KARACHI: On the instructions of Additional IGP Karachi, Javed Alam Odho, a comprehensive security plan has been prepared to ensure public safety and a peaceful environment during the by-elections in Karachi Range.

A total of 1,552 police officers and personnel will be deployed across East, West, and Keamari districts. These include 160 personnel at 4 polling stations in East, 1,003 personnel at 45 polling stations in West, and 389 personnel at 22 polling stations in Keamari.
Polling stations have been categorized as sensitive and highly sensitive to further strengthen security measures. Citizens have been urged to cast their votes peacefully and report any suspicious activity to the police immediately.
