SIBI, September 29 — Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce, Sardar Kohyar Khan Domki, inaugurated a dedicated NADRA center for women in Sibi, aimed at addressing long-standing challenges faced by women in acquiring CNICs and other essential documents.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the minister said that in the past, women were forced to wait for hours at overcrowded centers along with men, which caused delays and difficulties. “Keeping these issues in view, I formally requested the NADRA chairman for a separate facility. Today, this important demand has been fulfilled,” he said.
The minister added that this initiative would save women valuable time and allow them to access services in a dignified environment. He expressed gratitude to the Sibi district administration, especially Deputy Commissioner (R) Ilyas Kabzai, for their cooperation in establishing the facility.
Sardar Domki further emphasized that providing convenience to citizens is a top government priority. He reaffirmed that such initiatives will continue to empower women and meet their basic needs so they can play a stronger role in society.
