Quetta, Sep.30, : In the wake of a major explosion, the Government of Balochistan has declared emergency in Quetta hospitals to ensure prompt medical response.
Balochistan Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakr and Secretary Health Mujeeb-ur-Rehman have instructed that emergency status be enforced at Civil Hospital Quetta, BMC Hospital Quetta, and the Trauma Center.

All consultants, doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and paramedical staff have been directed to remain present in the hospitals to manage any casualties and provide immediate medical assistance.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation closely as rescue and relief efforts are underway.
