Gandakha, Sep. 30 Women arriving from far-flung areas at the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) payment center in Gandakha faced serious hardships as payments were yet to begin. Despite the scorching heat, women were forced to wait for hours, with no drinking water facilities provided at the center. Locals urged the authorities to ensure timely disbursement of stipends and basic arrangements for women beneficiaries to ease their difficulties.
