KARACHI, Oct 1, 2025 – Director General Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Muzzammil Hussain Halepoto, visited the Single Window Facility Counter to review operations.
Officials briefed that out of 14,442 submitted building plans, 14,083 were approved, marking a 99% approval rate. The DG appreciated the modern facility, describing it as a milestone for transparency, timely approvals, and boosting construction and commercial activities in Karachi.
