Quetta Metropolitan Corporation Administrator Conducts Field Visits to Fire Stations, Health Units, and District Council Office

Quetta, Oct. 1 — Administrator of Quetta Metropolitan Corporation, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Qamrani, conducted detailed inspections of the District Council Office, fire stations, and Basic Health Units (BHUs) to assess institutional performance and identify measures for improved public service delivery.
During the visit to the District Council office, he issued instructions to optimize the use of existing facilities. He noted that following the 2023 merger of the District Council, efforts are underway to utilize all institutional resources in line with modern requirements for the benefit of citizens.
At the BHUs on Alamdar Road and Balochi Street, the Administrator reviewed basic healthcare services and interacted with staff. He reiterated that access to primary health services is a fundamental right and assured that MC Quetta will continue to enhance service quality, ensuring timely medical assistance for all residents. Deputy Director Health, Dr. Nousheen, accompanied him during the visits.
Administrator Qamrani stated that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Quetta Metropolitan Corporation is committed not only to activating institutions but also modernizing them to meet public expectations and strengthen citizens’ trust.
