Baby Daycare Center Inaugurated for Female Staff at Degree Girls College Loralai — Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi

Advisor to the Chief Minister of Balochistan for the Department of Women Development, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, has said that ensuring proper child development and providing a safe and supportive environment for women are fundamental requirements of progressive societies.
She expressed these views during the inauguration ceremony of a Baby Daycare Center established for female staff at Degree Girls College, Loralai.
Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi stated that the establishment of the daycare center will provide comfort, security, and mental peace to working women. She added that the initiative will help female teachers and other staff members perform their professional duties with greater focus and confidence, while ensuring proper care for their children.
During the ceremony, officials briefed the provincial advisor on the facilities and operational system of the daycare center. Dr. Buledi also planted a sapling within the college premises and offered prayers for the peace, progress, and prosperity of the province and the country.
She emphasized that the Government of Balochistan is committed to promoting initiatives that empower women socially and economically. Workplace daycare centers, she said, not only reduce the burden on working mothers but also give them the confidence to fulfill their professional responsibilities knowing their children are in a safe and nurturing environment.
Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi concluded that ensuring quality childcare and moral upbringing is a collective responsibility to help shape an aware, capable, and responsible future generation. She reiterated that no society can progress without the active participation of women, and the Balochistan government remains focused on ensuring their welfare and a conducive environment for their professional growth.
