A panel discussion titled “Investment Opportunities in Balochistan” was held on the final day of the Grand Tourism Festival. Experts from academia, business, and tourism sectors emphasized the province’s untapped potential in coastal development, natural resources, and sustainable tourism.
Speakers including Umair Khattak, Dr. Zainab Bibi, and Qaim Lashari urged the establishment of a Balochistan Tourism Authority and stronger public-private partnerships. The panel noted that the government has allocated Rs. 250 million for coastal area development and initiated a one-window operation to facilitate investors.
