Deputy Commissioner Sibi Major (R) Ilyas Kabzai inaugurated several completed solar energy projects at government schools under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI).

Projects included 6 kVA solar systems at Girls Middle School Guloshahr, Girls Middle School Killi Makrani, and Boys Middle School Killi Dur Muhammad Hanbhi, and 10 kVA systems at Boys High Schools Khajjak and Karak.
The initiative, costing Rs. 21.6 million, aims to ensure uninterrupted power supply for educational activities. Local leaders and students praised the administration’s efforts, calling it a milestone in educational development.
